After 15 years as an engineer in the automotive industry in 

Spain, Japan, Germany and France, Carmen decided to embark on another adventure: to pass from the world of industry to the world of cooking: My Cooking World was born!

A beautiful soul on a royal adventure (her name predestined her!), Carmen is our Ambassador of the Gastronomic World. She will be able to offer you tailor-made menus according to your desires and needs during your events at the Château.

With a degree in Communication Design, Lynne is our queen of all things creative: web design, graphics, marketing materials and promotional products for our events. .

A true business woman in Prague and recently also a politician, for the last 30 years Marcela has boosted the businesses of European entrepreneurs living in Prague.  Marcela is a great golf lover, and every year she organises a tournament in collaboration with companies in the Czech Republic: Golf Lady Tour..

Our Ambassador for the Czech Republic, Marcela will help you plan or prepare your vacation or event here at our Château.

Hélène's professional beginnings in tourism led her to travel and live abroad. It was by cultivating her own vegetable garden that she discovered the rhythm of the four seasons in the kitchen, especially in England and Japan. A home chef since 2008, she created her business L’Assiette aux 4 Vents speciaising in Japanese cuisine, as well as a Japanese/French fusion. Her recipes are as much inspired by her travels and experiences, as by nature and the four seasons..

Our Ambassador of fushion cuisine, Hélène can cater for your event at the Château, creating a truly memorable gastronomic occasion.
